Ordering

It couldn't be simpler! Grab a cup of tea or glass of wine and read (and shop) on ...

* BROWSE - Browse products by category, special occasion, brand or amount you would like to spend. Or jump straight to the 'Gift Voucher' page and check out!

* SHOP - Read the description and why it's our favourite and if you like it then add it to your shopping cart - remember to let us know if you would like the item gift wrapped or not and if so, whether you would like us to add a message.

(Or, if you like it and would like to send a little hint to those in need of inspiration you could either register yourself in the 'My Account' section and create a Wish List and then add the product/s to your 'Wish List' to email on or simply click on 'send to a friend' tab and you will send the item and description to that person! How very handy.)

* CHECK OUT - Once you have finished shopping click on 'Check Out'.

* ACCOUNT - Here you will be asked to either create a new account (great for tracking your order, creating a 'Wish List' and saving your details for future reference) or shop as a 'guest' - we vote creating the account to save you time next time.

* ADDRESS -Then, you will be asked to enter your billing address and your shipping address - you can send the item(s) you have purchased to a different address to your billing address - perhaps to the recipient of your gift or to your work address if easier for you to accept delivery.

* PAY & DELIVER - Next, you will be asked to enter your credit card details and select the delivery - either Australia wide or international delivery.

* REVIEW - Then it is on to reviewing your order ... make sure all address details are correct and you haven't forgotten anyone or anything on your shopping list!

* TELL US - Don't forget to advise us of any special requests - perhaps you would like two items wrapped together as one gift or you would like the delivery to be left on the porch if you are not home when it is delivered - just let us know.

* DONE - Then click 'place order' and your order will be dispatched in no time at all! It's all that easy and you haven't even had to step foot outside your door!

* CONFIRM - A confirmation email will then be sent to the email address you specified confirming the order and it's delivery.

Please note: If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days.

Payment Methods & Security

We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express cards only together with PayPal.

No goods will be dispatched without full payment.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of the GST (Goods & Services Tax).

'Out of Stock' Items

If an item you have selected is temporarily 'out of stock' or unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to suggest alternatives.

If an item is displayed as 'back soon' and it is still your favourite, please just let us know as it may be just a case of us waiting on a supplier delivery and we can hold one for you as soon as it is back in stock or we may be able to order it in especially for you!
