Returns & Exchanges
We aim to provide you with the best online shopping experience, and if for any reason the items you have received are no longer a favourite or they were given to you as a gift and it is not your cup of tea then we will gladly exchange them for a gift voucher if it was a gift or provide a full refund if you made the purchase yourself. Please contact us indicating the reason for the return or exchange.
Delivery costs (including postage and handling) are not refundable. The product(s) must be as new (unused and undamaged) and with their original packaging intact. We regret that items that have been worn or damaged or returned in an unsaleable condition, will be denied a refund and posted back to you.
We are afraid that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalised, custom coloured or sale items.
How do I organise a return or exchange?

Please post the item to the following address either by standard post or registered / express post so that the item can be tracked. Should we not receive the item back to us we will be unable to refund for the item or process the exchange so we would recommend returning the item by registered or express post delivery.
Postage costs are to be paid by the customer wishing to return or exchange the item.
If the item originally sent when ordered was damaged or faulty we will refund the customer for return postage and re-send a replacement item.
